We have established our independent quality super vision and inspection department, which is in charge of acceptance inspection of raw material, super vision of process quality and quality inspection of finished product respectively. Our central laboratory has been developed into a test analysis institution enjoying professional technical talents and modern equipment and instruments. The equipment includes a lot of advanced test equipment such as salt spray test chamber, muffle furnace, moisture analyzer, spectrophotometer, conductivity meter, elastic impact tester, electronic universal testing machine, coating thickness gauge, MEK solvent resistant wiping instrument and coating adhesion meter. The Company is able to test various performances of galvanized and color coated finished products during production with our advanced testing instrument and skilled analyst, so as to ensure reliable and standard inspection result.
